Call 01924 291310 or email talkntext29@gmail.com with your name, order reference, item and the action you want. Do not post anything until return and packaging instructions are confirmed.
Online cancellations
You normally have 14 days after delivery to cancel an online order, followed by another 14 days to return it. Lawful exceptions may apply. Handle goods only as much as reasonably needed to inspect them. Refunds are made within 14 days after return or evidence of return, subject to the law.
Faulty goods
Contact us if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Your statutory rights are not reduced by a store warranty. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction.
Repair warranty
Bring the device, receipt or order reference and a description of the problem. A repair warranty covers only the work and parts stated. Accidental damage, liquid damage, unrelated faults, misuse and later third-party work are not automatically covered.
