These terms apply when you use this website to request a repair or trade-in quote, reserve or order a product, or create an account with Talk N Text at 29 Kirkgate, Wakefield, WF1 1HS. Contact us on 01924 291310 or talkntext29@gmail.com.
Prices, quotes and stock
Website product prices include VAT where applicable. Stock is checked again when an order is placed. Repair and trade-in figures are estimates until we inspect the exact device, its condition and the parts required. We will ask for approval before work that changes an agreed price.
Orders, payment and delivery
Pay-in-store orders are for collection and remain unpaid until payment is taken in the shop. Card payments, when enabled, are handled by the named payment provider and this website does not store raw card details. Unless another date is agreed, distance orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Repairs and trade-ins
Back up important data and tell us about liquid damage, previous repairs, security locks and known faults. A repair warranty applies only to the work and parts stated. Trade-in offers depend on inspection, ownership, activation locks and condition. You must own the device or have authority to sell it.
Cancellations and faults
Online customers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. Lawful exceptions may apply. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods are not restricted. See the Returns, Refunds and Cancellations page for the process.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. English law applies and consumers keep any right to use the courts available to them.
